Problem: A9s machine stopped with an error as to check the left or right side brush.
Reason: The machine is intelligent enough to give a voice message if it gets stuck due to any reason. With human hair falling on ground generally it gets stuck on the side brush, as they rotate in circular motion to collect dust from the edges/corner. This is a part of general maintenance issue.
Solution:- Please follow the below steps:
- Please Turn off the Machine and put it upside down
- Snap out the side brushes, as shown in Video
- Unscrew the cover and remove hair
- Screw the cover and snap in side brush
- Start the machine and it will work.
