Refund policy

Hassle Free Returns

You can return your product within 7 days after receiving your order, in case of any manufacturing defect. While returning, please ensure it is not physically damaged and in the same condition that you received it, along with original packaging.

As a company policy, returned defective products are sent to R&D center for analysis and are not meant to be re-sold. 

Once package is shipped, we would not be able to accept any return.

Order Cancellation 

Our aim is to provide complete satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason, you wish to cancel the order before dispatch, we are here to help. Please drop an email to support@ilifecare.in requesting cancellation.

Kindly note there would be 2-3% (INR1500/-) bank transaction & platform charges applied for such cancellation.

Once the products are shipped, cancellation of order will not be applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Pls. note in case of any remote/non-metro area it may take more than usual time, due to logistic issues (3-4 Weeks).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Repair / Product Service
All ILIFE Cleaners carry 1 Year Warranty (except Battery - 6 months). Pls. note in case of any remote/non-metro area it may take more than usual time, due to logistic issues (1-2 Weeks). We might request you to ship the product to nearby service center.

Warranty Terms and Condition:
- Warranty does not cover any repair for use of Non-ILIFE Spares, Filters, Mopping Cloth etc.
- Any product wear and tear, damage, or breakage is not part of warranty.
- Sending the appliance to the service center is the user's responsibility at their own expense.
- Any machine using disinfectants, non-water substitutes, or running a HEPA filter wash, or operating in water, is out of warranty.
