Term of Service: - Extended warranty is applicable for up to 1 additional year after the expiry of manufacturer’s warranty, the additional and manufacturer’s warranty should not exceed 2 years.
How does it work?

Step 2: If an ILIFE Product faces any technical issue, please call our toll-free number 1800-258-5433 to avail of an extended warranty. Once validated, a support ticket will be raised for an extended warranty.
Step 3: Our authorized team will contact you to provide the required product service. Submission of technical ticket details and an extended warranty invoice is necessary for validation.
Step 4: In case of any major repair, the product will be dispatched to a service center for component replacement.
1) How to raise repair request?

2) When does the extended warranty plan starts?
- The extended warranty plan starts at the moment you buy it.
3) What is not covered under extended warranty?
- The extended warranty does not cover damage, consumable spares, adapter, remote, docking station, etc.
4) How many times can the vacuum cleaner be repaired?
- The vacuum cleaner can be repaired as many times as required but the total service charge should not be above the invoice price of the product.
5) What if the robot vacuum cleaner does not return repaired?
- We will ask for a limited time, if we fail to repair in that time limit, we will replace the parts without any questions. Time may exceed depending on part's availability.
6) Where will my product be dropped?
- Either we will arrange a pick & drop of the product or we will send our technical engineer to your house. All the expenses will be borne by the company.
7) The device will be picked, or you will send the technician?
- Both cases are possible, if the pickup & drop is possible, we will pick and drop the product from your doorstep or else we will send our technician to your home.
8) Will I have to pay for repairs?
- No, you don’t have to pay a single rupee.
9) Can I avail service if I changed my location?
- Yes, our services are available across India, changing your location will not affect your service.
10) Until when can we purchase the extended warranty?
- Extended warranty can be bought within 1 month from the date of purchase of the product.
