Considerations for Unable to Connect to the Application:
The robot needs to be maintained regularly. Follow these steps to remove debris from the robot:

- Some flooring is reflective. This will impact the function of the floor detectors. Add barriers to prevent falls.

Can this be used for dry vacuuming? Can you just vacuum without using water?
The ILIFE W90 can be used without water for dry vacuuming. Ideally you would want to use the ILIFE
W90 with solution and water to automatically adjust solution and clean water flow to ensure an ideal
cleaning result without using water
Can you use a third party cleaning solution?
It is not recommended to use a third party cleaning solution because the floor washer is designed to
be used with the ILIFE Cleaning Solution to optimize the amount of bubbles that are produced with
cleaning solutions. Third party solutions can cause an over abundance of bubbles when cleaning that
could fill up the Dirty Water Tank within minutes of use.
How often do I need to clean the roller brush?
We recommend self-cleaning after each use, the drum can be cleaned once a month
Does animal hair get wrapped around roller?
Normally this does not happen because the roller brush diameter size is big enough so it can avoid
getting tangled. If there is a tangle, just remove the roller brush from its holder and use the
cleaning tool to remove the hair tangle from the roller brush.
Do you have to use distilled water?
There is no need to use distilled water. Tap water is perfectly fine to use in the ILIFE W90. Please
do not use hot water as this can cause internal damage to the pipes in the ILIFE W90.
Where should you store the ILIFE W90?
We recommend storing the ILIFE W90 on the storage tray that is provided with the ILIFE W90. The
storage tray allows the self-cleaning function to work more easily as the tray was designed to fit
the bottom of the ILIFE W90.
Can you adjust the flow of water coming out?
The ILIFE W90 automatically adjusts the solution and water flow to ensure you have an ideal cleaning
experience. If you want stronger cleaning power, you can enter MAX mode while the machine is
cleaning, adjust the water flow, and fan speed to the maximum.
Do you have to vacuum an area first before using the ILIFE W90?
There is no need to vacuum an area first because the ILIFE W90 can vacuum and wash the floor
simultaneously.
How do you start self-cleaning mode?
ATo start the ILIFE W90’s self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Always keep the
floor washer plugged in. Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The
Clean Water Tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press self-cleaning button at the top of the
handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once
finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 60 seconds.
