Under applicable regulations, end users are required to return used batteries to ensure that they are recycled properly. We provide a convenient way for you to return old batteries: 

  • Return Instructions: Please send the batteries used in our vacuum cleaners to the address shared below. We will cover the cost of shipping.

    Batteries may contain hazardous substances; the following symbols allow you to understand the importance of disposing batteries in a cautious manner

    Crossed-Out Wheelie Bin: Indicates that the battery must not be disposed along with household waste. 
    • Pb: The battery contains more than 0.004% lead by mass. 
    • Cd: The battery contains more than 0.002% cadmium by mass. 
    • Hg: The battery contains more than 0.0005% mercury by mass.
