Terms and Conditions:- Customer has authorized Service Provider to arrange the product pickup for the repair and services.- All product components to be charged at actuals, if required any replacement.- Product pickup/drop delay due to logistic partner is not in our scope. Alternatively Customer can send the product to our Service Center.- All products received will be quarantine for 24 hours due to Covid Protocols and they will be disinfected before dispatch.- Before conducting any repair, a quote for the component charges would be sent for approval to the customer. Customer has to right to approve/reject the quote within 1 week.- Any product pending for the customer approval, will be discarded after 2 weeks.
